The Jubail Development Villas project is a flagship residential initiative located on Jubail Island, nestled between Yas Island and Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE. Spearheaded by Arabian Construction Company (ACC), the project involved the construction of 300 Mediterranean-style villas, all built with an emphasis on luxury, sustainability, and cultural harmony.

Spread across six distinct villages, including Nad Al Dhabi and Ain Al Maha, the villas were designed to blend naturally into the island’s stunning mangrove landscapes. The architectural style reflects a fusion of Spanish and Mediterranean aesthetics, featuring terracotta roofs, arched windows, internal courtyards, and spacious balconies, creating a serene and premium lifestyle experience for residents.

ACC managed the entire construction process from ground excavation and infrastructure works to MEP installations and interior finishes. Despite complex terrain and environmental preservation challenges, the project was executed efficiently and achieved major milestones without compromising on quality or safety. With over 12 million man-hours logged without a Lost Time Injury (LTI), the project earned high recognition from Abu Dhabi’s authorities.

In alignment with Abu Dhabi’s Estidama sustainability standards, the villas incorporate eco-friendly materials and smart energy practices, supporting the city’s green vision.

This project further reinforces ACC’s reputation as a top-tier contractor in the region, known for delivering high-end residential developments with precision and environmental sensitivity.
